I can't recommend this dental practice enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and helped me fill out my paperwork swiftly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with a nice selection of magazines and even a few kid-friendly books, which was a thoughtful touch. What really stood out to me was the personalized care I received during my appointment. Dr. Owens took the time to explain everything he was doing, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had about my dental cleaning. He was gentle yet thorough, and I appreciated how he offered tips on maintaining great oral hygiene without sounding preachy. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. The office also appeared modern and well-maintained. I just had my first visit to this dental office, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! As someone who's always been a bit nervous about dental appointments, I was relieved to find that the staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. My dental hygienist was particularly great—she explained each step of the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. One thing I really loved was how they used modern technology; it felt like I was getting the best care available. Dr. Owens came in afterward to check my teeth, and he was so approachable. He answered all my questions and didn't rush through the consultation, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the office was a bit busy, and I had to wait for about 20 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. It would be nice if they could improve on the scheduling aspect. However, the quality of care certainly made up for the wait, and I left feeling good about my decision to come here. Overall, I had a positive experience and will definitely be coming back for my regular check-ups! If you're in search of a compassionate and skilled dentist, this is the place to go. I’m excited to make this my go-to dental office!
